General
Any purchase of products from Slinns Wallpapermarket Ltd will be a made contract under English Law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damage, and accordingly some limitations here stated may not apply to you. Your rights are unaffected.

Slinns Wallpapermarket Ltd reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. We therefore advise that you check these pages regularly, as further purchases after such posting or notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

Local Laws
Any use and import of Slinns Wallpapermarket Ltd supplied products by the purchaser are subject to the purchaser’s own customs, policies, clearance and any fees incurred, and you are bound by the laws and regulations of the country of import.
No warranty is given by Slinns Wallpapermarket Ltd regarding the legality of the products at the location where they are received.

Product Purchase
In order to purchase products from Slinns Wallpapermarket Ltd, you must be 18 years of age. Please read the following terms and conditions prior to indicating your acceptance and be aware that you are entering into a legally binding agreement. If you agree to the terms laid out in this document, please complete the registration process and order the required products.

Samples
Sample products can be requested and will be sent by post. Please be aware that actual products may vary in colour from that seen on your monitor.

Payment
Payment can be made by all major credit and debit cards online. Any sensitive information which is entered into our system via the Internet is fully protected and we aim to provide maximum security at all times. Please note payments will appear on you card statement as paid to Slinns Wallpapermarket Ltd.

Delivery
Our standard carriage charge to addresses within the UK mainland is £7.00 including VAT per delivery. Free delivery to most UK Mainland addresses on orders over £70. Express delivery 1-3 days on orders made before 1pm.

Please allow 2 to 7 working days for delivery. All products must be paid for prior to delivery. All deliveries are made by courier. Please check transaction total before purchase.

Risk shall be transferred on delivery. If you find a fault with any of our products, such as short delivery or damage to goods in transit, you must notify us with full particulars within three working days of receiving the product.

If a product is out of stock, we will notify you at the earliest possible opportunity. However, we cannot be held financially responsible for the late delivery of a product or products.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns Policy

Special order goods from the “Collections Ranges” are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return the item in exchange for a replacement product or a full refund. In order to qualify for a refund, the item must be returned to us at Slinns Wallpapermarket Ltd in its original condition and with the sales invoice within seven days of delivery. Please note you will be responsible for returning the item at your own cost.

If the product is faulty, please notify us as soon as possible and return a sample of the product to us with its original label. It may not be necessary to return the whole item. We strongly recommend that you check all products for faults before and during hanging. Full refunds or replacement of faulty products will be provided at no extra cost.

If you wish to return a product for either of the reasons outlined above, please send us an e-mail at: returns@ericslinn.co.uk stating your invoice number, reason for returning the product and whether you would prefer a replacement product or refund.

All products supplied by Slinns Wallpapermarket Ltd are believed to be of a suitable quality and specification for which they were intended. All technical information in response to enquiries is given in good faith by Slinns Wallpapermarket Ltd

Any faults should be reported as soon as possible to Slinns Wallpapermarket Ltd. However, ultimately it is the customer’s responsibility to decide if a product is suitable for your individual situation, including those conditions which are not known by Slinns Wallpapermarket Ltd.
The liability of Slinns Wallpapermarket Ltd. will not exceed the value of the products supplied. Loss of profits and consequential, financial and other such losses are excluded.
